"My grandfather of 66 years was transported today 03/05/2024 from El Paso to Los Angeles county, it was a 13+ hour drive and they didn’t feed him ALL DAY! he was strapped down, without any movement (when the doctors instructed he needed to be moved around every hour or so) He was only given water and that’s because he asked for it! Terrible service, I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company!"
"Had one of their drivers switch into my lane in las cruces running me and my 5 year old off the road. They got onto 25 going towards albuquerque (where I was headed) went to a dead stop in the middle of the highway to pull into the dirt median to get on the other side of the hwy going back towards las cruces. Drunk drivers or have no clue what they are doing. Putting citizens at risk and definately your loved ones if they are riding with them."
"I've had many years in experience using different transportation services through my medical insurance benefits. My circumstances are difficult and unique because of my location,either way my experience with this company has been nothing but positive. Their drivers are very friendly courteous and empathetic when it comes to dealing with the client. Not to mention the fact they communicate within the company to make sure everyone is aware of any special instructions or specific details. I'm just overall very satisfied with the services I've received with Elite and will continue to use and prefer their services."
"Horrible! You are better off driving your loved one to the hospital and it's no out of pocket. I swear some people are not in the business for helping people. It's all about the money here. Next time, I'll pay someone to drive my mother to the hospital, as I don't live in EP any more, but my mom is still there. Oh, yeah.... and all those 5 star reviews from 7 or 8 months ago, you can tell it's the companies workers who put in those reviews, as you see they have nothing written below them. I've worked for a company who used to do that, they would ask some of their employees to put in the reviews, and a lot just put the 5 star w/no explanation."
