"I have been a loyal customer of Access credit union for the past 10 years, and overall, my experience has been positive. However, I recently discovered that I had one late payment in those 10 years and decided to reach out to the bank to see if they could remove it. Unfortunately, I was promptly told NO! This experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-term customer. I believe that after 10 years of loyalty, the bank should have been more understanding and willing to work with me to rectify this situation. It's disheartening to think that one late payment can overshadow a decade of consistent and timely payments. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, I can't help but feel disappointed by the lack of flexibility and consideration shown by the bank. As a result, I am left questioning whether my loyalty and commitment to this institution are truly valued.
