This company only cares about you the first week of work, when you are a "priority" this is because your work has orientation deduction fees that range from $800-$1000 then people leave and receive the deducted payment only. Workers that have been here longer begin to receive leftover loads as soon as they're no longer priority, some going up to half a week without work. Every week between 8-12 new owner operators are hired at orientation just to be disappointed by office workers who don't care they even tell you to just leave. Obviously because they know they already got their part of the money. Everyone leaves after the first week like a parade because of lack of work. Literally no one cares specially KAILYNN LUDY and LACEY LANCASTER. All the dispatchers there lack good work ethics, they're disgustingly rude! There's just not enough work to go around, already-employed people sit waiting for loads while the company trains new workers."
