"This the worst bus service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The scheduling department has absolutely no clue what they are doing. And evidently cannot read a map. They will tell you one thing and if you hold your breath you will for sure die. We have been told numerous times they don't have a bus for our pickup and we see the bus go right past the house. Or better yet pass it on the way to town. I can't believe the owner of the company can't not being able to get a grip on his buisness. Hope fully they can pull there head out and get there service on top. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL."

"I have been using Spartan bus for 4 months already for work purposes it helps me a lot going to work and an ride home .. Good employees and friendly service and always on time when I need to go to work.."

"The drivers are really friendly and help passengers with care. If there is a wheelchair and I'm in the way they will politely accompany me to another seat or try to work quickly so I can sit down again. The office however could use some work. I'll call for pickup and have to wait an hour and a half most times because whoever answers will forget to let the driver know. But if Mary or Brittany answers they are very attentive and make sure to help in any way they can. Also scheduling a ride is a breeze and I hardly have any trouble getting a ride even though I live a ways out of town."

"A majority of the drivers are not very friendly, and drive erratically, it's okay if you must do it but I wouldn't recommend it unless you can get a ride with Allen he's a great driver with great customer service and actually cares"

Gave you a warning by pressing my breaks. Didn’t seem to matter though. Wonder what your passengers think about your driving."
