"I went back to this place because the first time I went I had an amazing pedicure. This last time I went I really feel cheated. I paid $55 for a mani pedi. I felt very rushed... they were busy, but that shouldn't take time out of my service that I am paying for. I told the lady i haven't had my nails done in over a year, and I was excited to finally have a moment to myself after having a baby. She didnt push back or trim my cuticles at all... i kept thinking maybe there are different steps with the dipped powder manicure? But. They were never touched. I never got a hand and arm massage. She just rubbed lotion on my hand for literally 15 seconds and sent me on my way... i had caked powder stuck on my finger under my nail. when I got home I noticed how thick the nail beds were and how obvious my cuticles were. With the holiday weekend there was no time to go back and ask them to redo them for me before going out of town. I have taken pictures for proof and I hope they reach out to make it up to me, otherwise I will never go back there again. My one day I was able to get away from my breastfed son and have a moment to myself really went down the drain. Pictures are from only 4 days after manicure."
