From the first email I sent to him to the point of being done with getting my first tattoo and leaving his studio, Terry went above and beyond with customer service! I was nervous and had so many questions, but he immediately made me feel heard and understood and supported. He kept saying "no questions are dumb, ask anything you want". He took his time with the artwork, with the sanitizing, with the follow up care instructions...just all of it. Greeted us at the door when we arrived and kept thanking us all the way out the door when we left. So kind, polite, funny, matched my neediness level, took time going over options, listened to what I wanted, and always explained the next step before proceeding.
