We absolutely loved our experience - the staff was kind and welcoming, and it was a breeze to get hair/makeup done for 9 of us! Also, the communication leading up to the wedding was timely and clear. "My first experience at PURE was wonderful. I booked online and the communication between booking and appointment day was excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted right away and everyone was very nice. The aesthetic and layout of the salon is really nice. It has a open, welcoming and relaxing, but upscale and trendy feel. As for services, I’ll start with Hannah who did my brow wax. It was long overdue, and she did a great job reshaping them and cleaning them up. She was super sweet and personable, and I would highly recommend her. My new brows make me look like a new woman! As for hair services, I got a cut and dimensional color with Belle. I had specifically requested her after seeing some of her work on PURE’s Instagram. She walked me through all of my options based on what I’d told her I wanted and made recommendations on what may be best for me specifically. She took her time and talked me through everything up front, including pricing which I appreciate. I’m very happy with the cut and color we decided on, and both are looking great! I definitely recommend Belle. Her personality is fun, down to earth, and approachable, which is perfect for an introvert like me. Lastly, I just want to touch on the customer service at PURE. I already noted the pre-appointment communication, but I need to include that Britney, the general manager, called me a couple of days after my appointment, just to make sure I’m happy and satisfied with the services since it was my first time. To me that says they really care about their clients!"
