Legacy Real Estate Training Center

Legacy Real Estate Training Center, located at 2734 Sunrise Boulevard in Pearland, Texas, is a premier institution for individuals looking to start a successful career in real estate. As part of Keller Williams Preferred, the center offers training through the Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate (KSCORE) program. While KSCORE does not offer pre-licensing and continuing education courses directly, it partners with Kaplan Real Estate Education, a state-approved provider, to offer these courses.

KSCORE provides financial assistance for 60 pre-licensing course hours in Iowa, with additional hours being the responsibility of the student. The center is a TREC Provider (#4546 for pre-licensing and #31 for continuing education) and any questions regarding course content or technology should be directed to Kaplan Real Estate Education.
