". The program’s concept is commendable; however, my experience was hindered as the coach didn’t allow me to complete it with out the group sessions at my own pace despite full payment. ( that particular year was very hard for me emotionally and at work, and that was explained to her).Multiple requests to open the course for me went unanswered. Considering the significant cost of $1,999, which is not cheap, the lack of lifetime access to recorded material, a common offering in similar programs, adds to the disappointment. In summary, I find this to be a rip-off with poor customer service for those with differing perspectives"
