"Absolutely unprofessional. When I sat down in the chair, I specifically told her that I would like a 3 on the sides and a 4 on top. She understood that and began working. As she was cutting the sides I noticed how short she was cutting but I couldn’t say anything because it was too late. When she reached my side burns she asked me if I would like them squared or rounded and I told her squared. Right before she started cutting them, I asked her if I could have them faded and she responded with “ Um that’s not squared” and she waited for me to respond back. Given my choices, I had to choose squared and she continued. When we reached the top, I asked if she could cut to my eyebrows and held my finger at the spot. She nodded and continued. After she cut my hair I realized she cut way shorter than I asked her to. She cut to near the middle of my forehead. Never coming back to this store again."
