"I always get excellent haircuts there. This time I had a new barber who seemed less certain about what she was doing. And the haircut took her longer than usual — the other barber finished one patron's haircut and was halfway through another in the time it took my barber to cut my hair. The haircut itself was fine. It was a little uncomfortable watching her struggle through the process. That said, I'll be back."
