"I would never go through this bank. What they did my mother not once, but twice is ridiculous. Causing her to pay thousands of dollars, all cuz of their own actions, and own mistakes. They didn’t take out the payments that were set on auto pay. They also knew it was their own doing, and just apologized saying this never happened before, but really could careless. I myself think it was done on purpose, but being the good hearted women my mom is, she was like mistakes happen, and I’ll give them another chance. Only for it to happen again. So if you’re thinking of going to this bank, much-less taking out a loan at this bank, I’m warning you now, don’t do it, just walk away, shoot run! It’s not worth it. All the stress, hardship, money they took, etc. from my mother was hard to watch, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone."

"If you do any online banking, AVOID THIS BANK. I was unable to get an answer to an incredibly simple question: what account number do I use for online bill pay and transfers? DNCU structures their accounts in an unusual way and there are several internal and external versions of your account number. This caused multiple institutions to reject my payments, and three attempts to fix this problem with customer service failed. I'm out hundreds of dollars in returned transaction and late fee payments. I've lived in multiple states and worked with a variety of banks over the years and never had a problem like this. I went to another bank in town (Century) and had my bills paid correctly in a day. If you're looking for a modern bank, DNCU isn't it. Go elsewhere and save yourself money, time, and headaches. Update: The owner responded and asked me to contact them, but what they provided was the main branch number. It's a response that looks good on social media but is meaningless when I've been to the branch multiple times already to no avail. I also would be skeptical of the positive reviews here. There's a large banner on their app encouraging customers to nominate them for awards and leave positive feedback. They push it hard, and I've never seen another bank do that."
