"Horrible customer service and communication. I would not recommend this financial service to my worst enemy."

"Very disappointed in this company. I waited all day to hear from them but nobody called. I called them to see if I was approved. They said they called me but no answer. I checked my phone and had no missed calls. They told me I was approved for a secure and unsecure loan. I requested the unsecure loan because with the secure loan they wanted to pay off my Mercedes and loan me the requested amount. This would mean I would have to pay them 423.00 a month for 5 years when right now I only owe 1 1/2 years on it. She told me to think about it and call her the next day. Before we hung up I asked her again if I was definitely approved and she said yes. I called her the next day and told Denise that I would like to proceed with the unsecure loan. She said she would call me at 3:00 to close the deal. Nobody called me at 3:00 so about 4:30 I called. Lillian answered and told me they tried to call but went straight to vm. I checked my phone again and no missed calls. Lillian told me they could not approve me because of the documentation I sent them. You would think they would have discovered that before telling me I was approved. Was it because I wouldn’t give my car up? I think so. My advice is to look elsewhere for a loan instead of playing games with this company. I turned down other companies because they approved me first. My bad……my mistake!!!"

"I would recommend checking out other lenders until this company hires sufficient staff to handle their volume of customers. Being overworked and understaffed is not an excuse for poor customer service. The individual who "assisted" me lacked patience, compassion and interpersonal skills. I ended up withdrawing my application."
