"The staff is wonderful. Arellano can be a bit sexist. “Knows everything”, name calling, and forceful when I wanted to have a say in my own treatment. Then he started not returning my calls. That’s petty."

"I'd like to ask Alfredo Arellano to please try and do a better job at being more compassionate and empathetical. It was hard convincing my mother to be vulnerable and open up about her traumatic and abusive childhood for the first time to someone other than myself, yet you seemed agitated and had a condescending attitude. It takes a long time to get a psychiatrist appointment in el paso ( about a month) and for you to tell us to find someone else just for asking questions about the medication was so rude and uncalled for. A mental health professional is to be caring and patient as well as giving of explanations when asked. Mr. Arellano you seemed to get defensive and our insight to what my mother may be dealing with was perceived as an attack against your "authority" and "expertise." Please keep in mind that you're dealing with people who are on the brink of quiting and giving up on anything ever changing and for you to say " I don't care about her not being able to focus I'm more concerned about her not killing herslef" was so hurtful and made her feel like you weren't listening to her at all and what she wanted you to understand. I wanted to write a review for the first time ever so people don't have to go through what I went through today with my mom coming away so deflated from this experience that I was hoping would lift her up. Thank you for the time in reading this."

"Have been going with Dr. Arellano for a little over a year now and I can definitely see a drastic change from the person I used to be. He’s very attentive and doesn’t pressure me to do anything or take anything I’m uncomfortable with. He has also helped in recommending medication that fits my price range which I greatly appreciate! He also doesn’t give up when a certain medication doesn’t work for you, I personally struggled to find something that fit my needs multiple times and every time I went to him with a concern he was very understanding and helpful in finding me a new medication without the judgment or hesitation to help my case. Abbi in the front office is always helpful and so sweet , as well as their nurses office that you can call if the drs not available to speak with if you have any concerns about your medication or issues. I love this office and I absolutely couldn’t ask for a better dr."

"First of all I was a little bit not sure at the beginning, and this is because I don’t know much about the TMS, we went in a very sad moment in the life of my Husband, and the doctor explained about his meds before a big meeting and interviewed the insurance accepted! We start in November 16 and I will say I was impressed of the change that my husband got and the very well help that the treatment gave to him! He started to feel better a week after the 1st session. I want to thank Doctor Arellano because he always treat my husband with dignity and respect also very important he was honest! The staff always were friendly and nice with us, I read some reviews about the staff but to be honest for me they are neutral and just doing their job! About the treatment IT WORKS, depression anxiety and mod is now controlled in my husband life with less meds than previously with other doctors! Please be advised Cigna, blue shield are very good insurance for this clinic, be aware maybe cheap insurances May not cover very well! Try the treatment and you will experience a real change without meds! Is a very nice option for mental health! The place is calm and clean! And there is parking for the patients! I highly recommend the treatment!"
