"If I could give this place no stars I would. From the start communication was horrible. I had to be calling them to see if they got paperwork they requested. I then scheduled an appointment there for occupational and physical therapy for my daughter. When I took her in for her physical evaluation the man doing the evaluation, seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, for her second evaluation for occupational the therapist was amazing can’t complain there. They told me they would give me a call once insurance approved everything again. A few weeks passed and didn’t get a call from them. I decided to call today and they told me they couldn’t even find her file so they would have to talk to a manager then get back to me. They thankfully got back to me the same day but said they were too booked to see my daughter and it was best to find another clinic. This place is a joke."
