"Would give zero stars if I could. Told that they couldnt provide the care needed because my wife has a infant and wasnt allowed to bring him. Very poor customer care with a lack of empathy to a new mom."
"Seeking therapy is already unnerving and when you call and the FIRST thing they ask is “who is your insurance” makes you not even want to bother. Surprisingly, Griselda Villalobos was the one to answer and immediately ask for insurance l. I Provided my insurance info and was advised she’d call back. I was never contacted but I’m glad because she seemed pretty uninterested in helping anyways. Do better Griselda Villalobos."
"I want to share that Dr. Villalobos has helped me tremendously. I've been seeing her for almost two years and she's helped me overcome my depression and anxiety. I will forever be grateful to her because the therapy has made me a better person. So if you're in need of self care, I highly recommend her."
"Fantastic therapy services! I have been seeing Ms. Knight for nearly a year for anxiety and depression and I have noticed significant improvement. When you have lived with these conditions for so long it can be hard to imagine life without the constant gloom and doom, but therapy really does work. I especially appreciate the tools that I have received to identify behaviors and thought patterns that are not healthy. Very affordable as well. You can also do virtual visits if you want."
"I had scheduled and was confirmed for a Telemed Visit for the very next day. Received a link to confirm and fill out patient packet for my appointment. Uploaded my insurance information and provided my credit card information. I received a call to let me know that my appointment was cancelled since they did not receive my credit card information or insurance information. I explained that all of this was uploaded and confirmed through their patient portal, and I had to walk her through to explain where I had done so. Apparently, they are not even familiar with their own patient portal. She didn’t understand that I even went a step further and uploaded my eligibility and benefits for both my primary and secondary insurance. I offered to even pay self pay. However since my appointment was cancelled the therapist already had taken another client. Super inconvenient that I had made arrangements to be seen and this appointment obvsiously was very important for me."
