"For some reason states it’s in El Paso. It is not. Will be a virtual consultation. Nothing wrong with that except for the fact that they state same day care. I waited 4 days for virtual consultation, paid $155 for it despite coverage from my insurance than told I may have to pay “something just not sure what” to take an additional test 7 days from now and will get a call later to schedule appointment. Unfortunately that THIRD appointment that you’ll have to more than likely pay out of pocket will have to be scheduled at a time completely inconvenient to you. I stated I work nights and was told 3 slots (11,12,1 essentially midnight for me). When told those wouldn’t work was told I’d more than likely have to pay an additional $155 due to that “test” having to be taken 7 days after today’s appointment. Everything mental health related in todays world is meant to drive people crazier than they were before."
"The actual doctors and practitioners are amazing. Office staff is horrible! I have spent nearly 3 weeks with a reduce dosage and now 8 days without any medication because the office staff cannot get it together to send a prescription to the pharmacy. They tell me the same thing everyday it will be ready today, yet I call back and they still haven’t sent it or more confusion. I’m already switching providers."

"Service has been superb up until this point... but sad! To experience a huge delay in care with getting prescription sent to my pharmacy. I have been given vague technological reasons as to why, and the time frame for which I'll receive my medication keeps getting pushed back. It is very concerning to me, and makes me worried I will not legitimately ever receive my medication? As a medical professional myself, I am very aware of what damage delays in care can cause. This isn't acceptable :( I am really hoping they can find a fix quickly!"
"**Update**. Owner leaves a comment asking if there’s anything they can do, yet more charges from a clinic that hasn’t offered any services this month still charged a copay for this month. Owners feedback is fake. He literally comments almost the same thing on most of the displeased customers reviews and they continue to run a disorganized circus with fraudulent charges. I’ve also read a couple of other previous client’s comments who stated the same thing happened to them. Would NOT recommend under any circumstances 1st virtual appointment was cancelled by them 45 minutes after it was scheduled to start. Keep in mind I had logged in 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time as they are adamant about the cancellation fee. Was waiting for just under an hour. Obviously bothered, I said I'd call back to reschedule. So, I called back to reschedule. 2nd appointment I provide my insurance information and the copay they are charging is twice as much then what it should be. I explain this to the person on the phone yet, they certain it is the said price. Paid it thinking maybe I'm wrong. I speak with Dr. Explain my reason for consultation and the need for Rx refill. Dr. tells me regardless of previous diagnosis, they will not reach out to previous Dr. but instead are going to fully re evaluate me but assures me the process isn't long. This, for me, did not make much sense as my previous Dr. was able to pull my records from my original Dr. in a different state. Hesitant but I proceed. I receive a call to schedule my second appointment before my re-evaluation is even complete. It is also at this point that it is explained to me that it will not be at least another month before they are able to prescribe anything. I say forget everything, cancel any and all future appointments. I check with my insurance, and it turns out they did charge twice as much for the copay. Would not recommend. Would not go back. Would give No stars if at all possible."
