"Very poor customer service. Cashier with name tag “Tyler” said he won’t give a refund bc he ‘didn’t want to mess us his register numbers’ for a product that was just purchased less than 5 minutes before and the receipt available. He simply needed to exchange one thing for another that did not work. He suggested we go to another Thortons instead and proceeded to ignore us and speak to another employee. There were several employees working however he shared that there wasn’t a manager on shift. I will be calling corporate customer service."

"Was a fan when they first opened, but now not so much. Recently the morning crew changed, and not for the better. Very slow getting things up and going now on the early morning. Let's step it up for the early risers and let's get on the ball. No more excuses! Update: Stopped here today, November 12th, and things are no better. Station was closed this morning, I stopped this afternoon and the bathroom was disgusting, and no one was at the register to help check us out. Very disappointed in this establishment. Another back experience today at Thornton's! I wish this place would just close down! The employees are lazy, and useless. I had to try 3 pumps today, and left there with a total of one gallon of gas after the pump shut itself down! This land would be better utilized as a dog park, which still hasn't broken ground, but that is a another story in this lousy town!"
