"DO NOT GO TO THIS THERAPIST! If I could give zero stars, I would. He sits on a pedestal of degrees, is condescending and had an inferior attitude towards me as a patient the few sessions I did. He doesn't let you talk or explain yourself and just likes to hear himself talk about how "educated" he is while he pours salt on your wounds. His website says "compassionate" and he's a Buddhist? He is the furthest from compassionate and what kind of Buddhist doesn't forgive. Waste of time and effort. Update: I found a new therapist who is AMAZING and I told her about the things this therapist did and said to me. She told me what he did was unprofessional and manipulative. Felt validated to know I wasn't the only one who saw what he said/did to me were out of line."

"Therapy with Dr.Contreras was life changing. My wife and I went for couples therapy.
