And to top it off, I’m receiving bills from him because they failed to file a claim with my insurance, which btw I’m fully covered with only having to pay a $20 co- payment, and now expect me to pay for this garbage lol. No. Completely regret going here."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!! He's receiving money illegally from patients!!!!!!! I was referred to this doctor for my son by Tricare. We have Tricare prime requiring absolutely no co-pay, and no deductible. I called to get an appointment and was told I can only make appts in person at his clinic. Then I was told by his secretary that he demands a non-refundable $100 deposit for co-pay fees, deductible fees and no show fees. I told the secretary that "my son is covered under Tricare prime and we were referred to them by Tricare so there definitely wouldn't be any fee's we'd have to pay and it's illegal to charge a fee for no show like that." She told me that he will only see patients that pay this $100 upfront no matter if they have insurance or not. I mentioned to the secretary that it is extremely illegal for them to take money off the books from all their patients since this wasn't money going to Tricare or the patients themselves. I called Tricare immediately and informed them about this doc they referred me to and was told by the Tricare representative there is no such thing as deposit for treatment like this, and that it is very illegal. I was also told by Tricare that the contract they have with this particular doctor states nothing about the patients having to pay this office $100 and that any payment requested from the patient by any doctor has to go through Tricare first and Tricare would bill the patients. They are looking into terminating this Doctor from their service. Call Tricare West to get more information."
