After I left I felt worse than I had in a long time. It was a ver unpleasant experience. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I do not recommend her."

"This has been one of the best appointments I have ever had in my entire 40yrs on earth. I'm not going to lie, I came in with a negative attitude because I just knew she was going to be just as bad as the other Drs the VA uses for our Community Care appointments. A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with a Community Care Dr's staff member, so I was expecting the same. But this lady let me talk for an extended period of time, didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience, she listened and knew what to ask to get me to open up. She made me feel comfortable enough to open up because she appeared to actually care about what I was saying. She corrected/ redirected me into thinking about things in a positive light. It was such a great appointment that I took a few notes because there were a few "OHHHHH" moments. I love how she explained things but didn't make me feel like I was dumb or ignorant for not knowing. And most of all, she was encouraging. She was not afraid to say, "Don't think like that about yourself" and then explain why I shouldn't on a level that wasn't condescending or judgemental. PTSD is hard, but I'm glad she's going to be the one to help me through it."

"Very unprofessional. Appt. times were never respected and did not return my calls when i needed to schedule an appt. Not to mention the last time i tried i left messages for weeks and she never returned a call. Instead she texted me a wk later that she was out of town and shell call us back. She wanted to see my daughter 1ce a month when i know my daughter needed every week. Did not help my daughter with any of the issues she had. Misdiagnosed my daughter by far. My daughter only speaks English and she had a hard time communicating with her due to her accent. IF you want help look elsewhere."
