"I'm very impressed with this airport. We fly Delta and the line went very quickly. The staff where friendly and very accommodatingm. TSA was actually went quickly. It's not a very big TSA check area. So, I'm happy it went so fast."
"Dropped our son off yesterday. Employees were helpful a little agreesive about the parking but ok I understand. We able to drop him off hug him and off he went in a matter of minutes. Traffic was moving and I must say very organized."
"The Gastro Hub is a major step down for Hobby Airport and the city of Houston. The greasy spoon smell of fried food is sickening. We reaked of the smell during our entire flight. Also the menu and bar selection is very limited. Where is Pappas? Houston really messed up. Not a good restaurant on this airport. Worst on the county for the size of the city."
"A very nice, expansive airport. Some great places for food & drink. Clean & comfortable, just what one needs during a long day of travel."
"I used the Houston Airport System Terminal C level 4 Brown section for the first time on September 15,2020. Upon my return from a long business trip to find that my Truck had been broken into. After further investigation, 13 other vehicles had been vandalized. The night manager Ron Walsh stayed with me through the entire process. He was very apologetic about the entire situation. Extensive damage was caused to my truck because they tried to steal it so the steering column was destroyed. To add insult to injury, when I called triple AAA to come pick up the truck, the manager at the booth insisted that I pay my parking ticket. I was in disbelief. I just had 5k worth of damage done to my truck on your watch and now you make me pay $30 to get my truck out of YOUR garage. I want everyone to know about this. Sheila was the name of the booth manager. She told me she has been there for 18 years but do not have the authority of the decency to at least waive the parking ticket. I am calling the news station first thing in the morning."
