"Very disappointed and hurst from the school. I was waiting 3 years to put my daughter to this school. I was thinking it will be good Islamic school but unfortunately was not. Every time I pick my daughter up from school she will be crying as soon as I see her and every time someone hit HER and last time I had to go to the emergency room to check on my daughter because someone step on her stomach. Where are the teachers at? If it is only one time I will be fine but it happens a lot. One time I went to talk to the Principal and unfortunately she was very Rude, disrespectful and not Listening not even offer me to set down and talk. Don’t send your kids there. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD"
"I have 2 girls here, both started from pre-k. They are both disciplined, inquisitive and confident and Everest has soooooo much to do with that. The teachers care very much for each of their students, the administration is approachable and helpful, and the whole campus has a strong community feel where everyone knows, or at least amicably recognizes each other. Academically, both my girls are ahead for their respective grade levels when compared to the local public schools (which are some of the best in the Greater Houston area), and with a superb Islamic education included. Their Quran teachers are well qualified and I'm amazed how much my girls have learned thus far. They love going to school and I feel good knowing they're in great hands and learning to their max ability. So far (up til 2nd grade) the teachers have proved to be very competent. We feel lucky to have found Everest. UPDATE: We've continued at Everest through the pandemic. I am thoroughly impressed with the way the school has handled everything. Their online learning platform was up and ready very quickly and both my kids (2nd grade and DK) took to it with ease. The teachers were trained well and most of the kinks were ironed out within the first week of online learning. The remainder of the year (April and May) things went very smoothly. I have friends whose children go to FBISD schools and they had a much tougher time transitioning to online learning (in all fairness FBISD is huge and I'm sure there are many more hurdles to jump over). Being at Everest we were spared all that mess. UPDATE 2: Kids are now in 4th and 1st grade and we are still fully satisfied. They have a strong moral compass and are doing very well academically. They did online learning last year and I was worried they'd be behind but that was not the case. They successfully completed the full curriculum for KG and 3rd grade because of how amazing the teachers were during online learning. This year they are back on campus with full mask requirements. The school has strict covid protocols in place with meticulous contact tracing. There has been a back and forth between onsite and online learning if/when covid cases are detected but my kids have adjusted to it. The lessons don't stop or slow down, the teachers are making sure to keep the pace going strong even on online days. They accommodate for each learner's needs so noone is lagging. Everest is keeping its students soaring high, and it's all thanks to how well the Teachers and school administrators have handled the tough situation. Very organized and capable staff."
"Everest academy is best school in my opinion it has all the best qualities of a good school. My daughter started it few months ago and she is flourishing Mashallah. We are so proud of her in very short time she learned a lot Mashallah and the credit goes to the teachers and staff who work very hard with students. The principal Ms Farah is such a good principal, she knows how to run and rule a school and make the school environment safe for kids. The best thing about this school is good communication between teachers and parents. They work together with parents so children can have the best academics. In Hifz of Quran my daughter learned a lot in very short time alhamdulillah. Me and my husband are very satisfied with Everest. If you are looking for a school where you want your kids to be in good hands and good environment then Everest is the best choice."
"I spoke with sis Farrah about a year ago in reference to my son attending although he did not end up attending sis Farrah was such a sweetheart and the lady working the front desk was very sweet also. I would definitely send my son if I needed a good school the staff here is awesome"
"A very good Islamic school. The community is blessed to have such a school in their vicinity. I hope they continue to improve , add more classes and develop a high school. What I like about Everest Academy is that they have a desire to continue improving on what they already have. This is evident from the enrollment that keeps going up every year."
