"My 1 year old was only here for 2 weeks and I don’t recommend anyone bring their kid here. Within the first week he had a horrible diaper rash that lasted a week (there is still a bruise and this was over a week ago)and when I brought it to their attention they literally asked me if I wanted them to change him every time he urinates. I was floored because I thought this was common knowledge. Clothes were also missing. They had to refund me for a shirt that they lost and I would have to constantly ask for his clothes that I would send. He wasn’t really eating and I had to ask questions to figure that out because they weren’t forthcoming with that information. I began packing him snacks and they would forget to give them to him and he would be starving once home. They would complain about him crying and his behavior changed dramatically. When he would get home he would be cranky and want to cuddle all night and I believed that this is because they would let him cry in another room all alone. This was confirmed when I saw another review that said that’s what was done to their child. My son would cry every time we walked in the door. Too many incidents took place just within 2 weeks so I had made the decision to take my son out. That decision was confirmed when I got there to pick him up (I took off early so they weren’t expecting me). When I arrived all of the doors were locked and the phones were off. They don’t allow you to walk in the back at no point in time which is very suspicious. My son is no longer there and has done a complete 360. He is back to being the happy baby he was. Glad that I took him out when I did"

"I brought my 1 y/o here, she would be so scared of the workers and cry when I drop her off and cry when I pick her up. She’s never acted like that with any daycare. The workers left her in a room alone and let her walk down the hallway crying. They wouldn’t let me go in the back or come inside without them being notified. Very strange. I would not recommend."
