"This place is very nice, but the wait staff is not precise. First of all, I order my food at around 3 o’clock and I still haven’t gotten my food and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes or around 3:45 ish. They say that the food will be ready in 3 minutes, 10 minutes later I haven’t gotten any news on my food. The staff are nice but aren’t convenient in getting my food on time. I hope this review helps you."

"The biggest issue seems to be with staffing. I didn’t see a manager but plenty of young Team members who seemed confused as to what they were doing there. The one exception, who checked me in seemed determined to have me join a membership rather than just a 90 minute pass. They made it seem as if the membership was the only option. They offer food options but here too, the staff seemed particularly inexperienced with no sense of urgency or motivation. With a steady stream of team members milling about but no one on task. This resulted in a 30 minute wait for a simple order and extended amounts of time with no staff taking care of orders. Facility is new and clean. It may not be the biggest but seems to have enough to keep the kids entertained. Evanston deserves better."

"This place is a godsend for keeping kids active during winter months. It seamlessly accommodates kids of all ages and has great hours. I appreciate that they don't price gouge like most other indoor play places. $32/month/kid for unlimited access is reasonable and they allow you to bring outside food, which is great for families on a budget. "Recently opened from what I understand but not very spacious for parents just watching with having to carry all belongings (could attribute to winter since coats and boots are being carried). Spot for shoes and seating area near concessions is small. Nice and clean otherwise, bathrooms are kept clean though dispensers don’t seem functional. Friendly staff."

"Stopped by Skyzones newest location in downtown Evanston. Staff were super friendly and encouraging with my son. Facility is huge although the toddler section is still not up and running yet (probably another week or so). Will be coming again"
