Harris County Transit

"The company that they partner with Z-Trip is a jokeI have lived in Harris County for 2 years. The ADA Paratransit of Harris County Transit is not good.On the times that I have tried to use it. They do not even show up. And sometimes, they do not even call.The last few times that I did use it, they had gotten a little better, but he recently, they dropped the ball again. The employees there do not respond to calls, emails etc.The service area is limited. I can't get very many places. I can't depend on them to get to and from work. Much less doctor's appointments. I hope I don't have to live in this area for much longer."

"We got a transfer and was waiting on the bus that goes down Woodforest. The driver tried to pass us I had to beat on the side of the bus and flash my transfer pass before she would open the door. But she did and we got on and went to Sheldon Rd."
