"So I only gave this place a three because I never actually got to experience what flying here might have been like. I visited this business a couple months ago. Straight from work, I arrived in the early afternoon, to a chaotic scene. There was a power outage and it caused their servers to go down. There were about three to four people working on the same problem (lack of CRM). I had come in and stood near the door waiting because a student pilot was being assisted at the desk and I didn't want to be rude. I waited for what felt like 20 minutes but was really just past 10 minutes. Each person working there that was in and out of the area looked at me like I was a fly on the wall and they couldn't decide who would kill it. I wasn't even upset or impatient with the wait. What bothered me is that no one bothered to acknowledge me or say hi someone will help you soon. I would've waited as long as I needed to. Unfortunately it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, especially because I was the only black person there, I would have liked to have spoken with someone and have an opportunity to rate them fairly, but they let a potential customer walk without a single exchange."
"The management is essentially a chaos. Two owners do not care about students and actually they are both so old that they can barely hold a coffee cup stably. Well, they still try to control everything with no reason. Most instructors only care about their hours. I have to admit many instructors are nice but there is very limited they can do in this school. Whenever you see people get together in this school, 90% of the time they are gossiping about something. This is really a bit ridiculous place. I would not recommend to anyone."
"Went in May and spoke about signing up for PPL classes. People very nice yet I never heard anything again. I was told I would get information on my intro class and never did. Phone calls and emails never returned"
"Great flight school. I did my multi engine with Jacob Hughes and had a great experience! I would highly recommend this flight school."
"I went to Anson Air from September 2008 until February 2010. I did all my aviation training there. The instructors and staff were great. Really enjoyable experience."
