"I rate this company a 1 because they do just enough to fulfill their contract. We specifically requested Ford Transit which we did receive at our initial pick up from the Houston Airport, however upon our return back to the airport we receive a vehicle of lesser quality. The Ford Transit that picked us had to be put in the shop, which is understandable as things happen and vehicles need servicing for various reasons to maintain them. We were told they did not send their Surburban because it did not have enough space to accommodate us, which is true as there were 7 passengers with a total of 8 suitcases. Our luggage was secured inside with strap, however the bags kept rolling throughout our trip from the Port of Galveston to the airport in Houston and we had to lay our rolling carry-on bags down because initially they were falling. I asked the very nice man that picked us up why did we have this vehicle, he stated he did not know. Therefore I called the office an was advised of why. I told the lady it is understandable that something happened to the Ford Transit and therefore it had to be put in the shop. It wasn't understandable as to why we weren't informed there would be a change in the quality of vehicle. I told her I believe we should be compensated by receiving something off the price we paid for good customer service. She told me she has to ask the owner who is out of the country for a few weeks. I stated there are various ways to communicate while out of the country such as email, whatsapp, etc., therefore since this happened on a Saturday I ask and expect for them to follow up with me by end of business day Wednesday of the upcoming week. Wednesday came, no one followed up. I called Friday, 3/1/24. I spoke a lady, I think her name is Katherine or Kate, and I advised her what occurred. She stated she will read the note and call me back. She called back within 10 minutes and advised that the contract states they can change vehicles if there's a maintenance issue and switch it for a vehicle with comparable capacity, which is what they did and I agree should happen, however I believe in addition to providing comparable capacity, quality of the vehicle should be comparable also, and if not take something off of the price for your customers. The lady stated the provided a comparable vehicle therefore they will not take anything off. I am not sure if I spoke with the same lady both times but both times that I spoke with a lady, the lady was a little spicy. The drivers were amazing & awesome, therefore I give them 5 stars. I give the overall experience 1, I prefer to do business with companies who do good things/betterment for their customers that goes beyond their contracts or minimal obligations to their customers, however this is not that type of company/business. Our drivers got us back and forth safely and they provided excellent service, which is the positive of this experience."

"Great way to travel to and from IAH and the cruise ships. We walked by a long line of people waiting to get on the airport-to-ship bus. And I would rather support a local business vs a large company. Good prices and it was easy to make a reservation. Their emails are very detailed. Both drivers were professional, arrived early and called/texted to let me know they had arrived. The vehicles were very modern, comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of 5 with 4 suitcases. Only complaint is there were multiple used water bottles and restaurant drink cups in the 14 passenger van and a used napkin in the door of the Chevy Suburban. It would be good for the drivers to spend a little time cleaning while they are waiting for the next client. Would definitely use them again."
