"My job ,a hospital, hired this company to shuttle us back and fourth, and the driver we got today was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! He did not seem to care about his job at all, and was extremely rude. In the morning the buses were parked close to the cars , and today it was POURING DOWN, and this man parked as far as he could to the cars. Not the same place he parked at in the morning. Claiming he would go over the curb. How? Made no sense. And whenever I told him it’ll be reported he claimed he did not care. Unprofessional and extremely rude!!!! He also took his phone out to record me taking pictures."
