"I agree with some negative reviews. The talent here is really good. I have not got a better haircut in the area in years. But this place is completely disorganized. I scheduled an appointment multiple times only to walk in and an another customer sitting in the chair, which is fine for 10-15 minutes, but I’m sitting there for an hour waiting. This tells me that they are ignoring appointments and taking walk ins over appointments because they are eager for new customers. But this is the wrong way to go about it."
