"Started off OK. First real appointment went well. On my second appointment with a different person. It was just OK. She didn’t listen to what I needed or wanted. But I specifically asked for reminders about appointments because of personal stuff and it was something that wasn’t done. I get called 30 minutes after I missed an appointment telling me they’re going to charge me which i understand, but when a company says they’re going to do call reminders a company should keep that Word."
