"Tiesha gave us a peek into the exciting world of arial yoga. In just the beginner class we were already able to conquer a lot of poses (including flips)! She moved though the sequences at a good pace and would give us extra help when we got stuck. She always offered multiple variations to choose the level of difficulty for more advanced moves. She’s a strong believer and her faith shines though in the way she inspires each person to challenge themselves to keep overcoming fear. Such a great way to add a unique twist on traditional yoga."
"My daughter attended a homeschool aerial/yoga class here. What a wonderful place this is. When you walk in you are greeted with such kindness. The room is filled with peace and the class was beyond what I expected. I highly suggest bring your kids here for a class or taking a class yourself."
