"Very disappointed after they le about the furniture and mattress guarantee. I had always used the room place for every piece of furniture in my house and after trying to get my mattress replaced and multiple visits of so called inspectors. They denied the claim because it was what they called with in manufactures specification.The mattress has multiples deformations and due to those deformation I developed very bad back pain. Even after reaching out to the customer care and telling them that they denied the claim. They reach out and again nothing was solve..so if you wanna hear apologizes buy here ,but if you want solution buy somewhere else..as customers we deserve better ,I hope this helps somebody and saves them head aches ."
