"I scheduled a discovery flight and got rained out, no biggy, spoke with Michael, and he stated that he would reach out to reschedule when the weather looked better. About a month goes by, and I realize he never reached out. Went out to the airfield because I hadn't heard anything, and having used fbos across Texas, I assumed there would be someone on the airfield I could speak with. Called Diane, and she assured me it was my responsibility and I should have reached out to schedule. Rescheduled for my friend, gave him the information, and he didn't reach out to let them know he had a last-minute work situation and couldn't make it. I then got a call from Diane telling me this was a second no-show and they are really busy and they don't have time to deal with me not showing up. The first time wasn't a no show it was a weather no-go situation that we had already talked to the flight instructor about. Very unprofessional conduct, no one at the school unless a customer is paying for them to be there.. it's not my fault you're busy because you're understaffed. I have no reason to believe they can afford to keep me safe as a student. Assured Diane we wouldn't be bothering their school for business any further."

He’s very familiar with the local area and is an all around great flight instructor imo. Was a pleasure."
