"Called them to ask for a taxi at the hotel I work at for a guest, the person who answered was extremely short and rude, but also had a child or someone on the line because I heard nothing but children laughing and playing, and could barely hear the person on the phone. On top of that, they said they would take 15-20 minutes for them to arrive which wasn't a problem, but only became a problem when 30 minutes rolls by and no one arrived. I tried calling back, and they picked the phone up and hung up. Called back again, they ignored the phone call and kept sending it to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and this is not the first time this has happened with this specific business. Not sure why they're still listed as company when they are DEFINITELY not a reliable company. EDIT: So they replied saying our hotel basically begs for tips which is far from true. If a guest calls for a taxi ,that's the guest paying for it and that's it. We have nothing to do with the transaction other than calling a taxi for the guest. So that being said this company is just trying to save face. Not an opinion, this is a fact. Definitely the worst experience, and will stand by this."
