"The drivers arrived with incorrect itineraries, did not follow the prescribed plan, and even had to be called to return to the site in the middle of the route plan. Their poor performance on a key day of our event reflected poorly on our event and organization; despite our advance planning efforts and organized plans communicated to the company ahead of time.
