"Cindy at the Geneva store is amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and believes in customer service. Decided I couldn't buy a so so sofa. My last sofa I purchased through Cindy and 15 years later it looks great. Cushions still look amazing. So I went back and purchased my new sofa from Cindy and she directed me to the same manufacturer. I love it!"

"Purchased a custom couch in 2014. It was an expensive piece for our living room and we waited many weeks. When I was shopping for the couch the saleswoman told me that the warranty included stain protection for the life of the couch if you purchased the Smith stain coat. It has a Smith protection plaque under the cushion. I hadn’t needed any Service for stain removal since purchasing the item since like many we don’t use the living room that often. Recently when a stain appeared from an accident I called customer service and was told that’s only for 5 years and no longer under warranty. I explained that was not what I was told when purchasing. She said that was the policy. I will never recommend WES or make a purchase ever again. It was a expensive piece of furniture and they don’t stand behind their products over service. BUYERS BEWARE what your told is not true."
