"The folks were excellent. I had purchased a sectional based off a photo only. I had brought the info in and they gave me a great price and ordered it. It arrived exactly when they said. After getting it in the house, I just wasn’t really happy with it. I spoke with them and they were happy to swap it out for a different sectional. The second one arrived as promised, and now I’m really happy. The customer service was great, their only goal was to make me happy. I will always use Hometown from now on.
