"DO NOT GO HERE!! This place lacked many essential skills needed to run a drivers ed school. For one their inability to properly schedule is annoying, inconvenient, and a display of incompetence on their behalf. It is ridiculous that not only I have had experiences with scheduling miscommunication on their behalf, but other people I've discussed with have also had scheduling conflicts. No one should be paying money and driving their kid out to this school only to have to pick up them up immediately due to a scheduling conflict. They also will try to blame the scheduling miscommunication on you even though they are the ones giving out the wrong times! I have unfortunately have had nothing but rude encounter after rude encounter with every instructor at this school. However, I will say that most of my rude encounters were with Debra. The way she speaks to parents and students alike makes her such a distasteful woman to speak with, and shows that she is completely incapable of running a successful establishment. That being said, Debra is not the only one I had rude encounters with, a male instructor was particularly rude to me. On my first lesson at this school I was screamed at to the point where I was so stressed I began crying, and told the man that the reason I’m crying is because of his behavior towards me. It is completely unacceptable that a man of his age would yell at the teenager that he is supposed to be teaching, to the point where she has to explain to him that his behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional. With all that out of the way my final thoughts are: their teaching is subpar, their attitude towards their patrons is disrespectful and unbelievable, and I am more than happy I left this school early. Which is why I think you would be better off at a different drivers ed program or doing parent taught then spending your money here. Edit after the reply: Your first lie you DID NOT have anyone for me to observe after the scheduling issue. Also, your lack of reply on your own instructors behavior is evidence enough that you do not care about your students and how they are taught. I hope the holidays treat you nicely!"
"My oldest went to this driving school 10 years ago.. She is 26 years old now. My 16 year old is currently finishing up driving classes, and my 17 year old will be signing up for the summer classes. As a bodily injury auto claims adjuster, I recommend the school because they discuss exactly what I DO NOT see daily on my job…defensive driving. Side note: if you follow the contract you won’t have issues scheduling classes. And for the person mentioning being yelled out, neither of my kids experienced that."
"This is a great driving school! The classes are very thorough and my son still talks about the stories the instructors would tell about their own experiences. I feel like my son was taught how to be a safe and defensive driver and he’s got a great respect for it all. One way driving school also made it very easy to know what my next step was as a parent to get his permit and then license. It was all so very organized and clear for what the parent needs to do and I really appreciated that!!"
"by far the most unprofessional Insitute if have ever been educated at (if you can call it an education) instructors are rude and very unprofessional they "teach" you once and expect you to get right then and there. You are there to learn to drive its common to make mistakes then they should teach you how to fix your mistakes instead of rolling their eyes or screaming at the top of their lungs at the slightest error while you're learning. As a person who has a job teaching children in a dangerous setting, I am ashamed that these people can call themselves "instructors" It baffles me that some people will just go into a job that involves kids even though they can't stand to be around them. Also, one more thing go ahead and sue me I dare you."
"Teacher in the silver/gold Toyota Camery had a student doing 35 in the 50 and then had em merge over the single bold divider to a turn lane instead of hopping in it legally before the line went bold causing an suv already in it to slam their brakes. 2 ticket-able offenses within a minute. Bad teacher today."
