"My 18 month old has been enrolled for a few weeks now and he loves it. He is always so excited to get to daycare. The staff is very friendly and answers and questions or concerns you have. We love it here so far!"
"Horrible daycare, the owner had the audacity to look me and my daughter in the face and tell us “my daughter does not belong there and she does not want her there”(my daughter has autism) Do not send your child there *update to the owner, it does not matter that your staff is in inadequate to teach special need students it is your duty to ask the questions before you enroll a child. You where disrespectful in the process"
"Reply: to owners response Nobody said you claimed to be a special need daycare. However, you did claim that you have trained staff for special needs children. You are incorrect, you did not offer a one day trial but rather a full week trail. That is not being honest for a company that claims “honesty and transparency.” Literally giving me less than 24hrs to figure something else out, hindering my ability to go to work the next day with such a short notice. That is why I am giving you a one star because you lied. My 7yo daughter was there for a merely 45 minutes, not even a full day. When you kicked her out You said to me, “yes we take special needs children but just not your type of special needs.” Which is discriminatory and offensive. ****************************************** This place is poorly staffed. Staff members look wore out and tired. Not friendly not patient at all. My 8yo daughter was there on her first day for only 45min and was told she was too hyper to continue in the after school program. My daughter is usually not hyper and it was only her first day. She is special need autistic and was organically told that would not be a problem. They originally told me that teachers were trained and experienced with special needs but they could handle her for less than an hour on her first day. I do not recommend."
"I have two children who attends Blossom Valley Academy. My infant started at 7 months and my toddler at 2 years old. The experience so far has been nothing but amazing. The staff is friendly, they greet us each morning and afternoon with a smile and brief updates. I like how they interact with us. I like that my kids belongings always comes home. I also like that for the infant room, I notice that the staff have their shoes off and only walks around in socks which is a huge plus for me if you have infants who crawls around all day. The director is also very friendly and has been very understanding and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this child care service to others. It is also very affordable, and very clean. I can tell that my babies are well taken care of and that is my top priority. So thank you to Blossom Valley Academy and the staff for what you do, The Morrison’s Family truly appreciate your care."
