"I gave as requested statements to payoff creditors as part of loan closing. They did not include anything on memo line to creditors of acct # or even a name when they mailed out payments. They attached a letter, but companies need info on memo line and not an attachment. I called National Title and they made it sound like it's my problem and that I had to call them to fix. I called a week later and National Title said a check cleared, I had to ask for a confirmation due to creditor still not showing payment. All Nation Title rep said was, "well, it cleared our account". She could have offered to send confirmation or jump on the phone with me to creditor to fix. I am now having to fix this mess and contibue to pay interest till this is fixed."
