"They have the best reclining seats and "Ordinary Angels " was great!!!! Service is excellent too."
"Just finished watching Lisa Frankenstein with my friend. There were only four people, a couple in the middle and us in the back, in theater 13. We started hearing her empty burger and fries box make noise. We ignored it at first, but then it kept going. I didn't need to shine my phone light to see that the empty box and wrapper was moving. My friend went to go tell a worker and the worker said it's normal for mice to be in the theater during the cold weather. She offered to give us a food item for free. Like we would want food after having mice next to us. We continued watching the movie but had to sit in the front to avoid hearing the munching mouse. Due to the issue, we couldn't enjoy the rest of the movie. I guess don't go to the movie theater after it's been cold. The mice come to stay warm...."
"I love the theater and want to support my local cinema as much as possible, however the Cape Marcus doesn't do anything particularly well. Auditoriums have varying viewing experiences. (Two come to mind, one with a smudge on the screen that has persisted for years, and another that gets light pollution from the Superscreen sign across the hall). The beverage counters are usually dirty with lid dispensers that either break frequently or have been broken for months, and the selection of films seems to be less robust than most cinemas ( I frequently have to travel to Paducah, Carbondale, or St. Louis to see wide release films that miss Cape entirely)"
"I loved our theater right after the remake, but 30 minutes of ads is ridiculous. The seats are also wearing down and the place is in serious need of another upgrade. Looks like they used cheap materials because they didn't want to fully invest. With prices like these, this place should be pristine."
