"Went to get a haircut at this location. I had Cassi who is the manager of the store. Cassi was unprofessional, no greetings or even hello ! nothing. After she was done with my hair I asked her if she could trim the side to break the line between the faded area and the top part, she didn’t seem happy about it and started doing the work in rush. Not just that, Cassi asked me if we are doing shampoo after the hair cut, I said yes why not. When she was done cutting my hair she said “let me check you out” . Nothing about shampoo or even a nice word for coming to get a hair cut. Very unpleasant experience."
