Cazares Driving School

"Worst school ever!! ..Never did they bother to call my son for his certificate of half license so we could go to DPS and get it. Had to do everything ourselves and besides that never did they call him for the driving classes..keep an eye because after a year they charge u again $75 and and we the parents have to be there instructor's after we have paid them the 300 for the full course."

"Had a great experience with this school. Won’t bother you with my entire story, but I went through a nightmare with DPS and there staff. Typical governmental staff… they sucks! After several visits to DPS, I decided to go to this school to just deal with my driving test. Excellent experience and was out in less than 30 minutes with my certificate that I passed the driving test (after 5 visits and more than 10 hours wasted at DPS). Definitely recommended. My little brother also went to this school and it was a great experience also. That’s 2 for 2 for my family."

"The worst facility you can go to. They don’t have anyone scheduling anything for the students. They expect the student to be the one scheduling everything and refer them to their website which was NEVER up to date. My son was not able to get his permit in a WHOLE YEAR. We had to pay to renew his permit again. He’s already 18 and still can’t get his license because he hasn’t finished the courses because of Cazares’ poor management and inept personnel. They suggested I go pay an adult class(after I’ve already paid them $300 for their “services.”) This place is a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME."

"Worst customer service ever!!! The instructors do not teach what the students need to know for the test, so I had to review the material with my daughter before the test. Failed to completely fill out the green sheet to take to DPS for learners permit, so I had to come back from Edinburg to mission to get it filled out. The employees were arguing amongst themselves and saying how their office was so disorganized. Finally looking forward to DL test, and of course I had had it with Casares so we scheduled the exam with someone else. Come to find out that Casares again didn’t complete the other green sheet completely. Trust me, save yourself a lot of headaches and disappointments and use someone else. I asked the employees that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they told me “you can call the owner(Casares), but they don’t care. They already have your money”. Wow."

"I love this school. Although it takes 2 hours out of my day it is very fun. Ale is the best teacher i have ever had. I had a great time when Bri subbed for our class. I recommend this school for anyone that needs to take drivers ed."
