"I would never recommend this daycare!! My kids were always super thirsty when I would pick them up constantly had bruises on them and they would not report them to us or make a report. The director was rude and talked down to me she has a bad attitude . I don’t know why she is in this business. My kids would cry when I would take them and would come home in a bad mood. They wouldn’t even fix my daughter hair. And my son underwear were always bundled up like he did it himself. Obviously neglected. They don’t even follow the rules the state has in place. Never did I sign them in our out. Their cameras never worked. So disgusted by this day care. They have to many family members working there. So obviously they will cover up for each other."
"Teachers are very attentive to the students needs and care. The director is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Children flourish under their care!"
"When my child switch to be under the care of Hilda and Claudia she started getting a lot of bruises, scratches, bite marks and even a burst lip, they would never even tell me about the accidents, until I asked, I would be understanding bc I work with kids and I know accidents happen, but after a while they would get really defensive and started blaming it on my kid, telling me she would get on the table, as if they weren’t paid to actually avoid that! I never liked the way Claudia would talk to me, and even the director was on her side the entire time, and she was even there when Claudia would be disrespectful to me, but never did anything. They never wanted to show the cameras, up until this day they don’t even work, they kept saying they were fixing them the entire year."
