"The school is very professional and works with you and the instructor Mr. Garcia at this location is very educated and informative, always hands on with all students will always recommend this school to anyone who wants to earn a career welding"
"Mariano Garcia is a great welder/instructor. SICC is a terrific Institute, I recommend it."
"Would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn welding for the first time. The staff is real welcoming and highly respectful towards anyone that comes. The instructor takes his time with all the students and makes sure you learn something new everyday. They motivate and push you everyday there’s never a dull moment with this school ."
"- Wow...Jacob, it is unfortunate that you feel that way. I have a totally different experience. I am a student at the present, and did experience a couple of instances with this student. Now...I must say, he is a very good welder, in which I assume that he learned here at Southern. However, I and others, here at Southern, had to work around his personality. Unfortunately, in several occasions, his hand gestures, language, and disrespect toward others were very questionable for being in a school environment. His actions sent him to the administrators office in multiple occasions and spoken to, yet the demeanor did not really seem to change. As in any place of learning or work, there has to be some sort of behavior that is not accepted. At some point, it is just not accepted and there are reactions to those actions. This just happens to be one of those. - One of the reasons I enjoy this school is the structure the administration and instructor have toward everyone having the chance to learn and better their lives. Everything, especially the patience of the instructor which is positive and focused on the student learning aspects for a better future thru welding. - As in every school or workplace, people have to deal with others along with their actions, reactions and treatment of issues like this. This case in question, the actions of the school are warranted in my opinion as many opportunities were given to the student to be able to change. Being older and understanding the issues of dealing with different personalities helps me appreciate the administrators actions and reactions of this student. - Again...in my opinion, this student is a good welder. His welds were very good visually. He did learn something as it shows in his work, and no one can take that away. Only, to be a great welder he needs a better attitude to work better with others. -- Jacob, you read this, I wish you the best and hope you find your career and your peace. Good luck on future ventures. - Would I recommend the school to others? ..Of course. Want a career that is well paid and respected...this is one perfect choice. It is an honorable trade."
"The director of this campus is VERY unprofessional as well SUPER disrespectful. I would not recommend this training for not one single individual. She went above and beyond as to disrespecting my mother in every way, shape, and form she possibly could, SCREAMING at her over the phone. The instructor himself, has very ugly terminology, as if he's never had any type of educational experience, training, or mentoring, which he DEFINITELY needs. He is an absolute liar, falsely claiming accusations that are not accurate, trying to intentionally and willingly boycot me from the campus. Both the director and the instructor have made the campus a hostile environment, and an ugly ambient for anyone to be inside that campus."
