EaDo Bike Co Houston, TX 77003

"Service is abysmal. Ordered my $5000 bike in November, delayed due to parts which I can understand but no one calls or communicates. I finally got a call back in February that a bracket was back ordered. I was able to get the bike without the radar. The frustration is that I text and called to find out when the bike will be ready and no one calls or texts back. How difficult is it to communicate with your customer on such a large order? The bracket came in finally, and they scheduled to install the system this Thursday. I dropped the bike off last Sunday so they could work on it at their convenience. Scheduled pick up for Friday. Again, no communication. I text to find out if it was ready.. no response. Showed up at 2pm Friday. Bike was in pieces. Just started working on it. Lots of apologies… but again.. no communication. The service is incredibly poor. How tough is it to call the customer. Their excuse.. sick, hope to get it done by closing, sorry. Nothing to make up for all my lost time. Apparently my time is free. Left the bike for another week. Let’s hope it’s ready next Thursday. For this kind of money, someone should answer the phone or text and keep the customer informed. If the bike is ready next week let’s hope they have a better response than “sorry” given the extremely poor service. I’ll update you next week. Quick update. Received a text message from the service person. Bike is complete at five pm. He now insisted their notes were I was coming in the end of the day Friday. After all the poor communication and service, they are trying to blame me for not showing up at the end of the day Friday. I personal spoke to this gentleman on Sunday and we confirmed the work was to be due Thursday and I would pick it up at Friday. He specifically mentioned they had blocked Thursday morning. Unbelievable they either take the route that this is somehow my fault and related to my showing up really. True definition of horrible service attitude."

"Parking was easy. Everyone in the store was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The maintenance on my back was quick and there was no lines at the register. Replacement tubing is cheap. I was not prepared for how pricey the air pump and change out kit was. Inflation is everywhere. Overall very good experience. Everyone was willing to help. Will go back."

"Chuck was awesome! I only had 10 bucks. He found 2 tubes that were close enough to the right size and I got 2 tubes for the price of one! I've had my derailleur replaced here before. Excellent service!"

Provides a big selection of bikes from all kinds of brands & prices. I liked the clothing, shoes, helmets and bike accessories they have in store. Very cool! I’ll definitely think of this location next time for my bikes need repairs."
