"I’m giving this establishment three stars only because in the past there were two really nice maybe three young gentlemen that were always so helpful, actually knew my son by name because he came in so much. But the last two experiences within the last two weeks we’ve had this young lady THAT never has a smile on her face, she acts like she doesn’t want to be there, and very dry with the customers (as SHE THROWS THE RETURN ON THE BACK COUNTER)Meaning, when you ask a question or try to engage, she barely has minimum to give you! It’s Christmas time. (We) people spend a lot of money so,please make the customers feel welcome even if you don’t feel like it. Smile take the pressure off yourself!"
"Got most of what i needed & what had to be ordered wasn't very long overall it was good , but did have to wait a bit as there was only 1 counter person & she had to answer the phone as well as a few walk-in customers. She was still nice & apologetic so no worries!"
