"Unable to get in contact with anyone to fix our issue from last year's taxes that they did & currently having to pay someone else again to fix it plus a delay fee of $1,200 to the IRS. I would love to give 5 stars, but currently "Multiple Emails", "Several phone calls" not answered or returned, we had to correspond with the IRS ourselves via emails and written letters & including we have yet to get our tax return from last year. Hopefully this review can get their attention."
