I've always had great customer service until today.. the older man with glasses acted like having a customer was a pain, and took a condescending attitude with me. I had already waited for him to finish stocking boxes, then walk away to do something in the back, but he acted like was interrupting and being impatient when I asked if he could give me a receipt for a package I was mailing."

"I come here very often to drop off my business packages, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Never have had any issues with delivery of packages, always quick customer service. My favorite aspect of this location is that you can bring anything with you and they will package it on the spot regardless of what it is and so much cheaper to do so than UPS etc. They also have a mail rewards card when you ship your first package that eventually can earn you a free discount. And for those working at Fort Bliss their military discount is very much appreciated."

"I took some important family keepsakes to this store to pack and ship to my son in Australia in March for his wedding this May. Much to my dismay Australia was not accepting any packages at the time so I brought the package home. Dave, one of the employees , on his day off let me know when they finally were able to send the package. Took the package back and off it went in excellent shape. Dave continued to help me track the package. Then came word the package was being returned to me without any attempt to reach out to my son due to a slight misspelling in the street name. Dave still tried to get the package delivered, to no avail, as it was at the post office near my son’s home. When I got the package back it was squashed and torn despite all the warnings on the box that it had items that were fragile and contained glass. Had it not been for the careful way this company packed the box originally we would have lost some of these valuable family heirlooms. I am so grateful for all the help I received from this company, especially Dave. I will certainly continue to use them in the future."

"The woman who was supposed to be helping me was not paying attention to what I needed done, she was too busy talking across the store with a different customer and made several mistakes to the point where I left and went to a different company. I told her that the documents I was sending were very important but that I wanted to find the least expensive method to ship. She immediately quoted me a $60 overnight. When I asked for the least expensive she quoted me $28. When it came time to print the label I asked if I could check it and sure enough she had just selected an address that they had in the database instead of typing it in like I had specifically asked her. It had the wrong suite number and it even had someone else's immigration number in the address! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the store is clean and they seem to have a good rapport with their customers, but for me it ruined my faith in mailing there and I will never go back."
